Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate the difference; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Existing subscribers from the prior 4-tier pricing keep their feature set when they downgrade — your old plan is grandfathered.
What's the difference between Reader and Explorer?
Reader ($9/mo) is built around the daily-habit loop — unlimited scenarios, but limited history (30 days) and no exports. Explorer ($19/mo) unlocks the full FRED dataset, 6 months of history, CSV exports, and API access. If you need to brief stakeholders or save reports, you want Explorer or higher.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise contracts can be invoiced manually.
Do you offer a free trial?
The Free (Observer) tier gives you live Compass access forever with no credit card required. You can also redeem 3 months of free Reader if you have a copy of the Beyond Synthesis hardcover — enter your activation code.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime from the "My Subscription" tab above. You'll keep access through the end of the current billing period.
What’s included in Enterprise?
SSO/SAML authentication, audit logging for compliance, custom Compass nodes for industry-specific coupling models, multi-seat team management, and a dedicated support engineer. Pricing starts at $899/mo and scales with seats and customization. Self-serve Enterprise checkout is launching later this year — to be notified.
